During my time at Gear Up, I would create multiple ideas for t-shirt designs and send them out to the customer. These designs consisted of one designed exactly how they described, one was their design but improved, and the third, I would take the idea and make a design of my own. I also picked up the skill of manual screen printing in this position so I was in charge of the process from taking the order to delivering the order.
